It is insanely easy to create customised versions of ChatGPT with tailored instructions and specific training material. If you are having trouble getting started with a couple of pesky tasks, you may want to try a Custom GPT Assistant I created, lovingly called 'Amanda'.

Amanda is instructed to help you get started by focusing on a single task at a time. It is able to help you get grounded first, and it has a couple of meditation and other therapeutic tactics at its disposal to help you out if you're really having trouble with eating the frog. Try it out here – however, you do need to be subscribed to ChatGPT Plus to use it.

I have my own productivity assistant with an additional skill: it has access to my private Trello environment and is instructed to fetch and analyse outstanding todos. However, I found the configuration options for authentication limiting, so I had to include my API key into the custom instruction set, which works for me but makes it impossible to share with others. I am sure it will become much easier to connect to various online services very soon, though.
